Thought the debut was very good. The top two there were 1st and 3rd throughout so this one closed into a pace that benefited speed. Toss last. She had blinkers (off today) and it was on dirt. Second dam is a sib to the superstar turfer, Lady Eli ($3M earned). McCarthy 3 for 3 in MSW turf routes with a 3rd career starter getting Lasix for the first time. It’s good to see Kimura stick with her. Will be bet if she is live.

She’s yet to hit the board in 6 career starts. But there are some excuses along the way. Debut was at 5F on the dirt. That race can be tossed. As can the dirt start behind next out BC Juv Fillies winner Super Corredora three starts ago. Impossible task from the 11 post in the stakes at Del Mar 4 back. Troubled trip in the second start. Layoff and back at the sprint in last. Likely moves forward today at a price.
