She drew the 13 post in her last start (at 6.5F here) and got off poorly and was last at 83-1. She passed a few late when beaten about 9 lengths. Her start prior for open 16k when 4th wasn’t too bad. This is the lowest level that she’s been at. Rider Aguilar was aboard for her only win, a MSW score at Del Mar vs. Cal-breds. Seems like she’s at the right level.

VALUE: 8 MORGAN’S BLUFF
She’s been primarily a turfer in her career. But she did run a few times on the dirt at Indiana when races moved off of the grass. She won 5 back on a sloppy track when she was 6-1 (62 Beyer). Followed it up with a good runner-up for a 25k tag there. Figures to come with a late, wide move. Will benefit if the pace heats up. Rider got to know her last out.
