Track Phantom has been following horse racing since 1986.  He is from Minnesota and spent many summer days when back from college at the Minnesota based race track which was called Canterbury Downs back then.

He was honing his handicapping skills at a time when there were only 9 or 10 races per day and no simulcasting available.

Today's racing challenge is quite a bit different.  With data so readily available to every player, new skills must be developed to find an edge.  Track Phantom has a unique method that helps him identify important variables that might be overlooked by others.
